On December 27, the company launched a skill contest for employees. The purpose of this activity is to vigorously cultivate and carry forward the spirit of craftsman, stimulate the enterprising enthusiasm of employees to work hard and catch up with and surpass, and lead the majority of employees to take root in their posts, study skills and pursue excellence. As one of the sub venues of the skills competition Carnival of Hangcha group, the company is responsible for organizing two major projects: cylinder inspection and assembly.

The activity is divided into two parts: theoretical test and on-site skill practice. In the theoretical test, the contestants concentrated on writing and showed their in-depth understanding of basic knowledge, process inspection standards, safety operation procedures, 7S management and professional ethics. In the skill practice link, the contestants were energetic and orderly. Whether it was the precise inspection of the guide sleeve specification or the correct assembly of the hydraulic cylinder, each step of the operation was fine and skilful, and the whole process was completed at one go.
Quench and cast a sharp sword, and compete to train top soldiers. This skill contest is not only a centralized review of the employees' mental outlook and technical level, but also an opportunity for them to exchange skills and learn from each other.
